How to create and generate subtitles over a video
1. Go to Subber.com, Copy a YouTube video URL (regular link of YouTube’s “share” option) and paste it into the submit box:

3. Click on the language for the subtitles you want to create

Every segment can be played (click on the bottom frame of the segment)
Every segment can be stretched to left or right (define the time duration that the subtitle appears)

Publish your subtitles version
At any second your work is being saved and you can always return to your version through your user profile.
Until you publish your version, the subtitles are in private mode for your eyes only. You can watch them as subtitles by clicking on your version in the subtitles menu.
Click on the “publish” button to turn your subtitles version public. (at any time you can turn it private as well)

Now you can share the video with your subtitles version on the net or embed it into your website or blog.
